has successfully accomplished the ada Fellowship program 2020 with gold honors – a 12-month future-skills program for key employees of leading companies from all sectors as well as public institutions. The participants have gained a significant understanding of key technological trends and the fundamental technical concepts behind them. They have been trained in new working methods and enhanced their digital transformation leadership skills. They can transfer this skillset to their day-to-day work and are equipped to successfully lead innovative projects in the digital age.

    over the course of the 12-month program

→ participated in two high-level tech conferences and connected with leading digital experts

    from around the world

→ transferred their knowledge by sharing and discussing their experience with a diverse fellowship

    group of leading minds from all fields of business, politics and administration

→ worked for several months intensively on two digital transfer projects within their organization

    and pitched their prototypes to the whole fellowship as well as company representatives
